	Latest News Acquisition of Complete Fire Services On 27 August 2010, the ARA Group through its fire protection subsidiary, Automatic Fire Protection Design (AFPD), acquired the inspection, testing and maintenance contracts of Complete Fire Services (Complete) in Adelaide, South Australia. After twenty years in business, Complete was placed in Voluntary Administration on 27 August 2010. AFPD immediately made an offer to the Administrator to acquire the service contracts of Complete. That offer was accepted and the transaction was concluded on the same day. AFPD employed sixteen people from Complete and provided continuity of service and assumed the entitlements for these employees. Inspection and testing service to hundreds of Complete’s customers has continued without interruption by AFPD.
