AFPD has been operating since 1981 and is
completely independent and not associated with any of the
multi-national fire protection companies.
Automatic Fire Protection Design Pty Ltd was acquired by the
ARA Group in June 2002. The ARA Group is a privately owned business, which is focussed
on companies that have a strong product technology, market
position, brand recognition and the sound management necessary
to continue operating as a stand-alone platform company.
Each
platform company has the capability to manage and absorb both
internal growth and add-on acquistions.
